These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RNTBSS platform and website operated by RNTBSS, Inc. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RNTBSS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business, and agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Description of Service
RNTBSS is an all-in-one operating platform for rental businesses, providing tools for CRM, inventory management, quotes, reservations, scheduling, employee management, payments, customer portals, website building, and reporting. Features and availability may change as the product develops toward and beyond public launch.
Founding Member Program
Founding member pricing is exclusive and locked in for the lifetime of your subscription, provided your account remains in continuous good standing. Founding member spots are limited, non-transferable, and issued on a first-come basis. Your founding rate will not increase as long as you remain an active, continuous subscriber. Cancellation and resubscription forfeits founding member pricing.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RNTBSS for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account, to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the platform, or to interfere with the operation of the platform or other users' access.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, design, code, and trademarks of the RNTBSS platform are the exclusive property of RNTBSS, Inc. and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
RNTBSS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RNTBSS, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RNTBSS, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of RNTBSS after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
